Eat All the Fruits And Vegetables You Want

When we think of dieting we always think about eating less. But did you know there is something you can eat more of if you want (much more if you really want): fruits and vegetables.

As long as you buy fresh fruits and vegetables, you can eat as many and as much as you want and you will NOT gain weight!

In fact, if anything you will lose weight because you are filling yourself up on fruits and vegetables and not eating that other junk. We’re serious.

A lot of people worry about what fruits and vegetables are “better” or “healthier”. These worries are pointless. Fruits and vegetables are so much more healthy than everything else we eat that you don’t need to be choosy.

Just eat the fruits and vegetables that you enjoy eating. And feel free to eat as much as you like, whenever you like!

If you really want to you can eat one type of fruit or vegetable for an entire meal. And it will be healthy! (Nuts to “balanced” meals)
