Don’t Force Yourself To Eat Meals

One of the least healthy things you can do when trying to lose weight is force yourself to eat.

For some reason people insist that you must eat three meals a day, at three specific times in the day. In fact, this is considered “healthy”. Unfortunately, there is no other single idea that so many people believe that is so incredibly wrong!

If you are not hungry, then don’t eat. Skip a meal here or there.

The key to a diet is to consume FEWER calories. The easiest way to do that is eat LESS. Less can take the form of a “missed” meal.

However, if you find yourself eating more food when you skip meals (because you are hungrier later) then don’t skip meals. Otherwise, skipping meals is a great way to drop pounds and inches.
