Water: A Great Way to Cut Calories

A really easy way to cut calories from your diet [and inches from your stomach] is to just drink water. You can add anything to it that doesn’t contain calories, like: Crystal light or lemon juice.

This helps a lot because most other drinks contain tons calories. This includes fruit juices (with or without sugar added)!

Fruit juice is very high calories, and should be avoided as much as possible when trying to lose weight.

Interestingly, though, tea and coffee contain very few calories, until you add cream or sugar to either of them.
