When you are on a diet or exercise regiment, it helps to have a friend or loved one to help and support you. It really helps if they are on the same diet or exercise regiment, that way the two of you can help and support each other. This will help you stay motivated, and keep you on track.

Likewise, it is important for you to encourage your friends and family when they are trying to lose weight. It might just help them, and maybe you’ll get inspired by their progress!
