Spoil dinner

Remember when your mother told you not to eat that snack before dinner because “you will spoil your dinner.” Well guess what, she was right; having a small snack about 30 minutes to an hour before a meal will make you feel fuller, and you will eat less.

So think about that for second. Now that you need to lose weight maybe it is time to ignore mom’s advice, and start spoiling your dinner (allowing you to eat less at dinner, and therefore you will consume fewer calories) by having small snacks 30 – 60 minutes before dinner begins.
