Qualifying Conditions for Medical Marijuana
- Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
- Cancer
- Chronic pain
- Crohn’s disease
- Epilepsy
- Glaucoma
- HIV/AIDS
- Multiple sclerosis
- Parkinson’s disease
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- Terminal illness
- Any other medical condition of the same kind or class as those listed above
If you have any of the above conditions you are eligible for treatment by medical marijuana.
(Please note that anxiety is not a condition that qualifies for medical marijuana)
